2. The two rotating shafts adopt high-precision bearings, which have reached the rotating accuracy and stability.

3. The speed of dressing wheel, the left and right swing speed, the swing stroke and the position of the wheel can be adjusted.

4. The rotating speed of the grinding wheel to be repaired is adjustable, and the position of the grinding wheel to be repaired is adjusted through the cross slide table.

5. A circular grating is added to the manual shaft, which makes it easier and more accurate to adjust the angle of the dressing wheel. The display accuracy is 0.05 °.

6. CCD photography device, with a magnification of 15 to 18 times, can be used to check the circular arc, angle, sharp angle and size of the grinding wheel with the measuring machine during operation.

7. CCD and grating size device provide a simple setting machine to measure the width and position of the grinding wheel, as well as the inspection during or after dressing. The measurement accuracy can reach 0.005-0.01mm.
