The work wire has high precision and can be detected by go no go gauge.

1. Servo motor: to convert the voltage signal into torque and speed to drive the control object.
2. Controller: power control and torque overload protection.
3. Display screen: speed control and adjustment of wire feeding and withdrawing.
4. Tap torque protection collet: adjust the torque of the collet, tap to the bottom of the blind hole beyond its torque, and slip protection.
5. Support: the height can be adjusted, and tapping can be done at any position within the operating radius.
Use and adjustment of CNC intelligent tapping machine:
1. Generally, the torque of the torque bobbin is set at the factory, but it must be adjusted again when tapping stronger materials or after using for a period of time to set the torque.
2. The shell of the torque bobbin has two small holes, which allow the torque adjustment of half a groove, which is very important in adjusting the torque control below M3.
3. Use a slotted screwdriver to lift the retaining ring, and use pointed nose pliers to put it into the two round holes on the torque adjusting ring. Turn clockwise to increase torque, and counterclockwise to reduce torque.
4. After adjustment, insert the snap ring into the small hole of the bobbin shell, and the torque will not change.
5. The torque bobbin clamp is a thread to ensure high accuracy, so the torque bobbin clamp cannot be placed, thrown or dropped randomly to avoid affecting the tapping accuracy.
