Operators must be familiar with the overall structure and performance of the equipment, and shall not use equipment beyond the performance. The total volume of parts and abrasives shall not exceed 90% of the hopper volume. After the power is turned on, the idle speed shall be stable without abnormal noise. Otherwise, stop the machine for inspection. Before grinding, the workpiece must be degreased and decontaminated. During the processing, it is necessary to add abrasives and control the water volume according to the grinding conditions of the workpiece. When the work stops, cut off the power supply, clean the equipment and maintain the equipment. Before starting the safety program, check the fastening screws and whether the motor shaft rotates flexibly. When the equipment is running, it shall be stopped immediately in case of any abnormality. Every 6 months, the bearing oil filler of the vibration motor or shaft shall be filled with lithium based grease. Cut off the power after work. Empty load test run. The host and analyzer rotate correctly. The no-load test run of the main engine shall meet the steering requirements, and the running time shall not be less than 1h.

If the grinder and grinding fixture are not used for a long time, the grinding fixture shall be immersed in chloroethane and cleaned with ultrasonic, then coated with protective oil and stored in a special tool box. Regularly check the lubrication of all transmission parts and add lubricating grease in time. The system shall be lubricated, antirust and anti-corrosion with grease or other grease every month.

Cleaning and maintenance of grinding machine.

Do not stay away from the machine during use to avoid failure and damage to the machine. Do not subject the grinder to excessive vibration and unnecessary impact. Do not touch the operating buttons or switches with wet hands. Make sure the grinder power supply is using the correct voltage and frequency. Make sure the grinder is adequately grounded. Do not touch the rotating parts during use. When disassembling and assembling the grinding chassis or other parts, professionals should be employed, and it is not allowed to disassemble and assemble the parts of the grinder without permission. When grinding, the grinder shall pay attention that the grinding liquid or water will not penetrate into the grinder to prevent damage to the grinder. Self check before grinding, carefully check the grinder to ensure that the rotation and number of revolutions of the grinder are normal before grinding. Carefully check the sandpaper and do not paste it incorrectly to avoid unnecessary waste of consumables. Carefully check the adhesion order, wear and replacement of sandpaper.

Maintenance of grinding machine.

In order to keep the grinder in normal working condition, the following maintenance procedures should be performed after each use of the machine. After each grinding, or after stopping grinding for a period of time, all grinding parts on the machine shall be thoroughly cleaned with water. Otherwise, the residual grinding fluid and grinding water will become dry, hard or penetrate into the grinder, causing damage to the machine.
