3. Adjust the chamfering sequence
The chamfering sequence of the chamfering machine refers to the sequence of chamfering several nested nested nested parts on the steel plate, which generally follows the principle of "inside first, outside first, small first, large second". The size of the chamfer can also be adjusted by adjusting the chamfering sequence of the chamfering machine.
2、 Precautions for use of chamfering machine
1. Before work, oil shall be injected in strict accordance with the lubrication regulations, and the oil volume of the gear chamfering machine shall be appropriate, the oil path shall be smooth, the oil pointer shall be eye-catching, and the oil cup and felt shall be clean.

3. After the machine tool is started, the operator should always pay attention to the operation of each part. In case of abnormal sound, temperature rise, lubrication, etc., stop the machine immediately, and continue to use after troubleshooting.
4. After work, the equipment must be checked and cleaned, the chamfering machine shall be maintained daily, all handles shall be placed in neutral, and the power supply shall be cut off to achieve tidiness, cleanness, lubrication and safety.
