2、 Purchase chamfering machine

It can only be used when various parameters match. Otherwise, the expected effect will not be achieved.

How to install the chamfering machine and precautions for use?

1. Installation of chamfering machine

1. First, lift the machine body from the center of the machine until the footing is slightly 5cm from the ground, or lift it off the ground unilaterally.

2. Screw the base screws on the ground (four in total), and then remove the jack.

3. Connect the power cord to the terminal block in the distribution box, as shown in the figure, terminals R, S and T.

4. Install the material guide groove and material limiting plate.

5. Do not install the air pressure source until the manual test run is completed.

II. Precautions for use of chamfering machine

1. It must be grounded before use;

2. Check all parts (check whether screws are loose or parts fall off);

3. Power supply confirmation (220V power supply must be used);

4. Turn off the switch and plug in the power supply;

5. Before using the chamfering machine, you must turn on the switch to make the blade rotate, and then touch the processed object from the head to move forward to cut. If the switch is opened after contact, the blade will be damaged.

6. Don't let the rotating blade touch your hands and body;

7. Stop the operation. When the machine is placed on the ground or workbench, the switch must be turned off to confirm that the blade has stopped.

8. Do not use the machine or replace accessories or power failure. The power cord must be unplugged from the power socket;

9. The needle powder cut off will fly away. Be careful not to touch the body;

10. Do not use it in humid environment and rainy days;

11. To extend the power cord, please use a power cord with a wire diameter of more than 0.75mm2;

12. Please store it in a dry place and keep it away from children.
