In daily use of the grinder, attention to maintenance can extend the service life of the grinder. Precision grinding machines have many different performances and characteristics, which we need to pay attention to in the process of operation. 1. Daily maintenance of precision grinder
(1) Clean the whole body after grinding every day. Never use an air gun to blow directly for cleaning, so as to prevent iron filings from entering the guide rail and affecting the precision of the grinder.
(2) Avoid using a fan to blow against the workbench when operating the equipment to prevent dust and iron filings from rolling back into the guide rail and affecting the precision and feel of the guide rail.
(3) The guide rail oil of the grinder shall be replaced and added in a timely manner, generally once every 3-6 months, the third month and the next 6 months.
(4) Please use professional lubricating oil for grinder guide rail.
(5) Regularly check whether the steel cable of the grinding machine workbench is loose, and lock it to prevent breakage or affect the feel accuracy.
(6) Regularly clean the guide rail of the workbench to prevent iron chips from wearing the guide rail surface, which will affect the accuracy of the guide rail. Clean it with gasoline. Gently remove the debris embedded in the wear plate with a blade.
(7) Regularly check whether the fuselage is unstable and level during operation.
(8) If it is a manual grinder, check the tightness of the wire rope regularly.
(9) If it is a semi-automatic grinder, check the grinding fluid concentration every week and replace it in time.
2. Maintenance of key parts of precision CNC cylindrical grinder
(1) Grinding wheel carrier: check the spindle clearance, whether the unloading pulley bearing is damaged, whether the grinding wheel motor operates abnormally, and whether the dynamic pressure is established.
(2) Oil tank: check whether the oil pump shaft is damaged or broken. Whether there are defects such as oil-water mixing.
(3) Static pressure oil tank: change the oil every 6 months, clean the oil filter screen, and check whether the oil pressure relay contacts well.
(4) Driving mechanism of workbench: check the accuracy of positioning, repeated positioning, reverse clearance, etc. If there is a problem, dismantle and repair the ball screw, and check whether there is oil water mixture.
(5) Cross feed mechanism: the inspection method is the same as that of the worktable drive mechanism.
(6) Ball screw lubrication system: check the lubrication effect of the measuring piece for blockage. If there is no oil, remove the oil needle of the measuring piece and make it lubricated after repair.
In daily production, it is necessary to formulate and strictly abide by the maintenance system of precision grinding machines, which can prolong the service life of grinding machines.
