1. Read the drawing clearly, check the shape and size of the workpiece to be processed, judge whether the workpiece to be processed is qualified and determine the machining allowance. Prepare corresponding tools, measuring tools and fixtures, and the measuring tools shall be calibrated accurately.

2. Reasonably select the processing technology and processing equipment (equipment accuracy) according to the workpiece allowance and process requirements.

3. Reasonably select the clamping method and process benchmark of the workpiece according to the workpiece shape and process.

4. For * clamping, first clean the * hole and apply lubricating grease. The angular contact area of the * hole is more than 85%. If the contact surface is too small, find the foreman in charge of the section to arrange * for repair before continuing to use* In case of natural damage, the standby * shall be used and reported to the workshop planner for new * purchase.

5. For fixture clamping, first correct the position of the fixture, process the fixture according to the process requirements, and then install the workpiece.

6. When grinding slender workpieces, add a center frame.

7. The grinding wheel shall be selected reasonably according to the material properties, dimensions and technical requirements of the workpiece to be ground: diamond grinding wheel shall be selected for alloy, and corundum or silicon carbide grinding wheel shall be selected for steel; When grinding with coarse grain grinding wheel, the production efficiency is high, but the workpiece surface is rough; When grinding with fine grain grinding wheel, the workpiece surface roughness is better, but the productivity is lower. On the premise of meeting the requirements of roughness, the coarse grinding wheel should be selected as far as possible to ensure higher grinding efficiency. Generally, coarse grain grinding wheel is used for coarse grinding, and fine grain grinding wheel is used for fine grinding. When the contact area between the grinding wheel and the workpiece is large, the grinding wheel with coarser grain size should be used.

8. During the processing of the machine tool, the feed rate shall be strictly controlled. Observe the grinding of workpiece and the operation of equipment by listening, looking, touching, smelling and other methods. If any abnormality is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and timely notify the maintenance team leader to report for repair. If there is a person on duty in the maintenance team who does not repair and does not give a reply, the section leader shall report to the workshop office, which shall directly report to the production department for record and the production department shall handle the equipment department. It is forbidden to leave the work post when the machine tool is started.

9. After the grinding wheel is blunt, it shall be repaired in time and cannot be used forcibly to avoid safety accidents.

10. According to the processing requirements, when grinding is close to the size, reduce the feed and increase the grinding times, and increase the detection frequency to ensure the processing accuracy and surface quality.

11. The equipment department shall adjust the equipment according to the drawings and process requirements, pay attention to the product quality status at any time, and timely report the problems found to the competent section chief and relevant personnel.

12. After the steel parts are processed, the dimensions can be measured after the products are cooled.
