3. Before driving, check whether the protective cover of the chamfering machine is intact and fastened; Whether the tool movement direction and the worktable feed direction are correct.

4. No metal objects shall be placed on the work surface. When placing the workpiece, it shall be handled with care to avoid bumping the worktable.

5. When the operator starts cutting, fix the workpiece on the suction cup worktable with both hands and start cutting; Depending on the length of the workpiece, control the foot button switch.

6. After cutting, the workpieces shall be placed according to the regulations. It is strictly forbidden to stack workpieces directly on the ground.

7. After the milling cutter is blunt, stop to change the cutter, and withdraw the cutter before stopping; When stopping, stop the feed first, and then stop the spindle.

8. It is strictly prohibited to touch the tool tip and iron filings with hands during operation. Use an air gun (or brush) to remove the chips on the machine surface and milling cutter. Stop the machine when removing the chips.

9. It is forbidden to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts with hands or in any other way during operation.

10. The operator shall not leave the post during the operation of the machine tool; The machine tool shall be stopped immediately in case of any abnormality.

11. After the work is completed, remove the chips, wipe and maintain the machine tool according to the management requirements, and keep the appearance of the machine tool clean.

12. Clean tools and measuring instruments, and clean the work site; Shift handover shall be carried out according to the specified shift handover system.

13. Turn off the power supply and main power supply on the machine tool operation panel in turn.
